Alright, so for my Novel Planning, in honour of NaNoWriMo, I as you might have known have been doing some serious brain storming explosions. So anyways, I've been stuck on this one character, with a little bit of significance to the plot line, but not a main character per say. Anyways, young boy, probably aged from 12-15. Haven't really decided the details on him. Dusty blonde hair, green eyes, kind of hard headed. Anyways, so I've been stuck on choosing a name for him. I'm torn between Fletcher, Dakota, and Jonah.
I might be jinxing this by saying it, but if you have a preference and would like to help me out please comment or whatever. I suppose. I am kind of rubbish at this sort of thing.

The Song the Caged Girl Sang
OKAY KIDLETS. So here is another interesting (boring) fact about little old me. I enjoy writing, but you probably could've guessed that much. If you're clever. Are you clever little kidlet ?
So anyways, last year I participated in NaNoWriMo, (which you would know if you waste your time actually reading my blog), and then a couple months later I entered my now completed first draft of my book (Lost in Identity) in another book competition. Long story short, I didnt win, but I did beat out 49,000 other contestants ~ So this year, I am obviously going to be writing another book. I've got too many ridiculous ideas in my head not to. So anyways, Lost in Identity has died. I've lost interest in it. Its not going to get any better, so I've given up.
Anyways, knowing me, I've already started to plan a book for this year's competitions, named "The Song the Caged Girl Sang".
Note : If you aren't interested, stop reading by all means ~
Anyways, here is a quick little intro to it :
"The Outside is dangerous. Everyone in Ridgecroft knows that. There isn’t one person who lives within the glass domes of Ridgecroft who isn’t afraid of the outside. But that’s a lie, isn’t it? There was one girl who wasn’t afraid. She was brave, and she saved everyone. But let me start from the beginning. This is a story about a song. It is the song. This is a story about the song the Caged Girl sang."

Will update with more news later perhaps.

NaNoWriMo Profile
Hola space rangers, it has just occured to me that while I was going on about NaNoWriMo, I never actually thought to post up my actual profile link.
It should be noted that this profile states that I joined today. That is true, but only because I had my account from last year, but I hated my username and I am unable to change it, so I just made a new account now and updated the novel information to fit to this year's competition.

NaNoWriMo Excitment
Last November 2010, I participated for the first time, in NaNoWriMo. For those of you who don't know, NaNoWriMo stands for Nation Novel Writing Month. It takes place every November and it is the worldwide goal to write 50,000 words of a novel in only 30 days. Its exhilirating, stressful and bundles of fun, and last year I finished the month with about 51,000 words, completing the goal.
This year, I could not be more excited to take part in NaNoWriMo again. I am already brainstorming ideas and plots with settings, characters and titles. Its crazy fun and I advise ALL ages above 13 to go sign up. Its totally free, and comes with a world wide supply of supporting fellow-writers who chat constantly on the forums. On the forums there are also places to help get out of sticky plots or get one moving, adoption societies for character names and places to go, and plenty of encouragement to finish that 50,000 word goal.
Happy Writing !
